I joined dance here at Studios on Main at 12 years old with little experience. The staff here focused on improvement rather than perfection and shaped me into the dancer I am today. I am now a dance major at Shenandoah University and at the same level as of those who joined dance at 2/3. Studios on Main helps shape professional hard working dancers and you will definitely benefit from sending your kids here (no matter the age :))
We love it here! Dance is taken seriously, age appropriate, and so very welcoming. We've been to other studios that didn't feel welcoming or very caring, studios on main is quite the opposite. We'll be here for years to come I'm sure! :)
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! These teachers don’t just teach… they LOVE to teach!! They teach technique, etiquette, and allow students to fall in love with dance!!
I just graduated after dancing here since kindergarten, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. The staff cares about the quality of dance, while also creating a loving and welcoming environment for any child. If you or your child dreams of dance, this is the place to be.
The teacher's and families are amazing! Two huge studios, a waiting room for parents with a monitor and viewing window! The dancers learn real technique and have the opportunity to take master classes and attend conventions throughout the year! A great studio for dancers of any level!

I've been dancing here for over 7 years and I cant imagine going anywhere else. They have become family and are all amazing teachers. Not only do they teach perfect technique, but they teach their students how to be professionals in the community. Studios on main is the best dance studio around! I 100% reccomend this studio.
My girls have attended this studio for almost five years and I couldn’t be happier. We consistently hear from competition judges that my daughter has exceptional technique and that speaks volumes as to the quality of dance instruction being provided. The director and teachers are always professional and truly care about their dancers. They have taught my girls to be responsible and respectful dancers.
It is easy to see at events that the dancers are well trained!
Best technique in the area!! Amazing teachers who have ALL majored in dance. The owner is dedicated to giving the dancers the training and experiences to help them prepare for auditions and performances.
Best studio around! I Love the discipline,respect,technique, knowledge and versatility in all genres of dance, community involvement, and most of all the family atmosphere at this studio! This studio has given my daughter everything she needs to truly excel and to continue advancing in the dance world. They physically, mentally, and technically are preparing her for the future. I can't even tell you how many complements throughout the 13 years I've received for my daughters dancing, professionalism, and respect for others at such a young age. Thanks to Miss Jen and her wonderful staff! They are not only evolving beautiful passionate technical dancers, but also molding respectful, accountable, professional young ladies! We love it here and they truly care about your child advancing and as an individual, not how much money they can make off everything. I really can't say enough hence why I have been with Miss Jen for 13 years.
Studios on Main is the best dance studio in the area! Their technique is amazing, and they have even won best technique awards at competitions. The teachers are all great, and really push their dancers to achieve their goals. I’ve been dancing at Studios since 2 years old and love it so much!
The teachers are amazing at working individually with the students to help them improve. Technique is one of the most important things being taught. There is so much more than just dance that can be learned here. The studio is beautiful and welcoming. The variety of styles leads students to find where they are most comfortable.
Studios on main is awesome! They teach Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, Modern, Cheer, and Hip Hop! There is more but I won't say them. My best friends daughter does Ballet and Jazz.There is a camp, too, in the summer. I think that's new. Miss Jen, says my best friend's daughter, is the best!
